ACTIVITIES OF INFORMATION KIOSK IN ALL 3 AWBs.

1.	Management of Material Arrangements to make the material available to information kiosks. Information pertaining to objectives and achievements of all Departments relevant to the Project and its distribution amongst Stake holders.	All relevant material has been collected/Distributed in all AWBs.
2.	Printed Material Posters, brouchers, magazines, videos, pictures related to Agriculture and irrigation water.	The Information is being provided to the stakeholders. Details attached as Annexure-I.
3.	Rules / Regulation Rules, regulations and agreements related to Farmers Organization (FOs) and Water Course Association (WCAs).	Printed copies have been distributed & available in all IKs.
4.	Internet facility at each Info. Kiosk Internet connection facility to Information Kiosks to allow browsing for Agri. & Irrigation Water related websites.	Internet facility is access in all IKs.
5.	Data/ Network on Irrigation system Availability of data on barrages and its allocation to various canals, list of canals, branches, Minors, Outlets, Water Scheduling and Watercourses. Indicating sanctioned / working discharge from main canal to watercourse level.	The data has been uploaded on website.
6.	Data Bank To create data bank of all requisite information about the reform proposed to be introduced under PAD	The data bank of SOFWM Project has been developed and also uploaded on website.
7.	Reporting The following reports / documents will be produced and shared with the Project donor / management	Reports documents produced & regularly monthly basis send to PC & CS.
	Monthly progress updates / bulletins	Regularly Issuing.
8.	Daily Business Day to day business of Information Kiosks	Necessary arrangements have been made for running of the business of kiosk.
9.	Data on Weather Information on Weather data. Season wise weather data shall be collected and distributed amongst the stake holders.	The link has been developed on website www.sofwmp.org.pk
10.	The development of Website Where information on water channels, schedules of water distribution, Prices of agricultural commodities, contract agreements etc would be exhibited	The website has been upgraded & uploaded all the necessary information and progress of SOFWM Project, SIDA and AE&WM component.
